Presentation guidelines 

Instructions for oral presentations

• Each speaker will have a total of 15 min of presentation (10min presentation + 5min questions & answers) 
  

• Presentations should be in pdf or PowerPoint format. 

• Presenters should upload the presentation slides on the author´s space of the conference website by the 12th of October 2026.

• At the conference website, presenters should log in and submit the presentation under the menu > Abstracts & Presentations> Submission > Presentation slides. 

• Presents should meet the chairs of the session before the session starts.

Instructions for poster presentations 

Poster design 

• The poster orientation should be made in portrait. 

• The poster size should be A0; 84.1 cm (33.11”) wide by 118.9 cm (46.81”) high.

• Text and graphics must be readable from 2 meters away
